Went to Donnington Park
Watched the bikes = ok but a bit boring (I do remember this, they whizzed round so fast and were sooo noisy!!)
= very hot (the weather I guess?... I wish!!! it is terribly miserable and rainy here 29 years later)
Got back at 7.45
Went to the Saracen's Head (pub) with Sam, Dave and Steve
Here 'til 1.30 (ooo a stay behind after hours....an age before 24 hour pub opening so it was illegal then ooo)
Bed at 2.00
Ok the knitting pattern!! How interesting can a light bulb be?? Maybe my more masculine readers could tell me? Perhaps he is thinking 'I wonder how many of my mates I will have to invite round to change it??' or 'I feel so inadequate!'
