Bright Eyes number 1

aw Bright Eyes ~ Art Garfunkel. The theme tune to 'Watership Down'

Richard Adams, the author of 'Watership Down', told his children improvised stories about the rabbits on long car journeys and they insisted he wrote them down.
I used to tell my daughter lots of made up fairy stories at bed time, I just wish I'd had the hindsight to write them down (mmm maybe they are still there buried deep in my subconscious!!). Adams was rejected by 13 publishing companies along the way but finally he was successful and the rest, as they say is history.

This the trailer to the film released in 1978

I have never seen the film all the way through..... because I am a bit of an old softy and all those big sad eyes .........

i wonder if mr s at AHS ever got any of the pupils to do babysitting for his kids or were his kids old enough to look after themselves.
