Worked 10.00 - 5.30 = cold and grotty weather (see we had crap weather almost 30 years ago in July!)
Sam & Dave arrived at 7.20 pm
Went to Fi's for tea
Went to Follies (night club) = good
Home at 2.00 am
I have finally had some sun on my back today but had to drive home back to Southport to get some.
Spent the afternoon cutting down conifers in my mothers garden and my hands & arms are so stinging from conifer rash!!
I need some disco dancing...... unfortunately this clip is disabled for embedding but it is a must see for the World Disco dancing finals in 1979... check out the petrol pump attendant from Iceland the Israeli soldier !!!
Doodle week is now at an end with an impossible task if you can't draw.... I have had a few attempts and failed ... so 70s contribution is a scanned image of a 20s bathing beauty with some added 70s bits.. wedges, crocheted hat and bell bottoms (transparent so you can appreciate how in those days curvy was cool ;-) ) I have, however, managed to make her look like she has a club foot!
but before''airbrush' was invented & take heed gals this chick was lusted after ... cos this is how we are :-)

There is something with the bum of the second lady! I love the pink in the first doodle. I LOVEEEE PINKK :)
SB ~ I think that cellulite is not a modern day thing.. this lady was photographed in the 1920s and people loved her... oh the age before 'airbrush'
Pink is suuuch a great colour but my fav is red ;-)
