Wednesday 29
Got up at 10.00
Met Sam from work at 12.15 for lunch
Went to see 'Beyond the Poseidon Adventure' by myself = ok
(Oh I remember this so well. I sat on my own in a fairly empty matinee cinema and two old dears came and sat right next to me, rustling papers and chewing toffees all the way through it. Why do people do that when they have a huge cinema to sit anywhere????? )
Went to see The Commodores = rubbish (rubbish? All I can think of is that Lionel Ritchie was not with them by then??)
Walked home from Bingley Hall
Bed 11.30
My knitting patterns are in dire danger! As you know Annie Mouse came to stay for a couple of days ..... under strict instructions form Daddy P she actually tried to set fire to them. Can you believe it .. and she almost succeeded but I was quick with a bucket of water thank goodness I am still slight of foot!! lol
Then a strange thing happened tonight as I was going through my knitting patterns to scan.. I came across these.... blow me the old git has rummaged though my blog further than I thought!!!

i was trying to do 8 at a time, but drat and double drat 70's caught me.
DP you do look rather dashing in that orange number.
The yellow number is that you as a boy?
Annie - I appreciate your attempt at arson. Perhaps a stealth raid when 70's has passed out from one too many Sanatogens ....... and very spookily, there is quite a strong resemblance to the 'real' me in that yellow number. One day, if I'm feeling very brave [or several sheets to the wind], I might scan a photo or two ......
....... and 70's, I'll forgive you just this once as I'm still choking, I mean smoking, your most excellent gift ...... now, where are the chopsticks?
70s, is that a dollshouse I see in the background of one of your photos?
'Painted all day' Do you still paint? DP is looking smart in that orange sweater. Ha!
Maybe october or if not christmas will be my next chance, it was so funny though cos they actually set alight and i went into a panic. tee hee.
Annie ~ just as well I did you can't be trusted with lighted flames ... tsk !!!
DP ~ oh go on you know you want us all to see you (gosh I nearly put 'in the flesh' .... phew glad I didn't post that!!)
NM ~ yes it is an on going project that probably will be finished by the time I have grandchildren hee hee
It is lovely though
SB ~ I am afraid it is not the artistic painting type of painting unfortunately, it was painting a room in his parents house
Do like doing arty stuff though
Annie ~ so that is at least another 50 odd patterns I can publish before you attempt to burn my house down again ... lol
it's a gorgeous dollshouse *sigh* I've always wanted one but have neither the time nor space for any more projects
Rotflmaopmpaktd
Please 70s... you must warn first. I laughed so hard, I nearly gave myself a hernia on the *other* sde too!
I think DP is most life-like in the grey-sweater photo. And... is that Lo, she is a terrible goddess posing with him? Isn't she lovely... and so able to keep a straight face.
She's a Saint. I've always said it.
ROLFLMCO!!!!!
Oh DaddyP....where would we all BE without you and your handsome face?!
:) Great photos 70's!
NM ~ I too have so many projects that is why I think I will be a grey haired old lady (DP if you are reading this ... not a word!) before it is finished
Dear Frac ~ oops sorry I should have put a warning up
see he won't be told .. this is what happens when you root in someones drawers.. it's like some spooky facial transfer lol
yes TG is such a saint and total goddess :-)
Olga ~ DP is so Uber photogenic isn't he :-D
