a quickie post

The private view of the photo exhibition 'Music through the lens' was fabulous.

I had to travel to London from Manchester that day (up at 5.00 am) then have a 5 hour meeting and then make my way across country to Ledbury ... managed to arrive there with 20 minutes to spare and did a reverse 'Wonder Woman' thing by changing out of my business suit into 'funky' gear in the train toilet... yes I did get some odd looks lol.

The owner of Icebytes Cafe took a video of some of the night and you can see it here

Do take a look :-) Oh and you will see Musikow and Jigsaw Blues too :-)

Yours were the star attraction of the video sis... WTG!

(I was hoping for a peek at the 'funky' gear though!)

Sounds like you had an exciting and rewarding event though. Fabulous!

Looks like a great place, do they have live music in there regularly or was that a one-off? Did you get any work as band photographer on the strength of your exhibits? Glad Musikow got in the vid!
I might be back soon, I think I have sussed mobile broadband signal, been amusing myself with PaintShopPro, so might post some photos.

GW ... no the music was put on to complement the exhibition (which worked beautifully).. they are lovely band that write their own stuff and that night was the first time they had performed in front of an audience.
Haven't had any takers for my photos yet but there again I didn't think I would .. it is just for fun .. I have a spot for them in my hall when the exhibition comes down in December.

Ooo Can't wait to see what you have been doing on PaintShop Pro and glad to se you back :-)
